Is it possible to enroll a team after the indicated due date in the application form?
Yes, but only in case it is still possible to complete a round of a race.

Do the people on a team have access to the same services offered to the participating athletes?
Yes, the people on a team have the same stay opportunities, free access to the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale, where they will be able to use the changing rooms with hot water and showers, big swimming pools equipped with slides and hydro massage, café, restaurant, beach services with a beach bed and umbrella, as well as many other services, and the identity bracelet that is given at the check in (with a different colour from that of the athletes) will provide a free of charge admission to the disco, price reductions on the thermal pools pass, price discounts in pizzerias and other agreed premises.

The team arrives by train to the Latisana station.
There is bus and taxi service to the tourist resort close to the station (the duration of the ride is approximately 25 minutes).

The team does not have its own transportation.
The tourist resort offers numerous bicycles and mopeds for rent (further information about the services can be requested from the organizers at the check in time).

The team arrives after the closing time of the evening check-in.
The team will have to communicate in advance to the organizers the possible late arrival in order for them to prepare an envelope with the key and a map at the reception of the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale, open 24 hours a day, with the instructions for the team on how to reach the assigned accommodation. The team will have to formalize their check-in the morning after the arrival.

Are the accommodations close to the sports facilities?
The assigned accommodations are no further than a 5-minute car ride from the sports facilities.

Is it possible to know the apartment assignments in advance?
No, the rental agencies hand over the envelopes with the keys and maps of the apartments to the organizers in the hours just before the check-in opening.

Is it possible to have apartments close to each other?
Yes, the assignment of apartments close to each other is understood when two or more apartments are requested in the application form, while it has to be indicated if separate application forms are used.

Is it possible to have apartments with seven beds?
Yes, the request has to be made to the organizers over the phone and indicated in the application form, as well. The cost of the seventh bed is 30.00 euros, independently of the duration of the stay.

Is it possible to stay in an apartment with more people than the number of beds requested?
No. It is not possible to stay in the apartments and mobile houses assigned in the tourist resorts with more people than the number of beds requested in the application form.

What do the apartments include?
The apartments have a bedroom with four beds or two bedrooms with 6 beds, a living room with a sofa bed and cooking facilities (dishwasher, fridge, stove included), bathroom (toilet paper and towels excluded). Generally all apartments have a double bed and a sofa bed. Almost all the apartments have parking space.

Who should you contact in case of problems with apartments?
All issues (ex. empty gas bottle, water leaks, lack of electricity, observed or caused damage, etc) should be addressed to the rental agencies no later than 7 p.m., whose phone numbers are indicated on the envelopes provided at the check-in time. It will not be possible to receive assistance after this hour. Please note that the organizers will not be able to provide assistance for problems related to the accommodations of the participants.

Is it possible to modify the accommodations requests at the check-in time?
Yes, but it is not guaranteed that they will be fulfilled.

Is there an additional cost for a stay with a camper inside the resort?
No, there is no additional cost to the one indicated in the application form for the camping spot.

Is it possible to park one's personal vehicle inside the resort?
Yes, a fee-paying car park is available inside the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale. Ample parking space is available in the vicinity of the resort free of charge. The participants are advised to pay close attention to the no parking signs (in case of negligence fines are guaranteed!

When do the apartment keys have to be returned?
The apartment keys have to be returned to the administration office at the Centro Tennisitico Comunale (via Cellina 2, Bibione) by 10 a.m. on the departure day. In case the keys are lost the down payment will be withheld. The hotel room keys and the colony keys have to be handed in to the respective receptions by 10 a.m. on the departure day.

Is it possible to request the apartment cleaning service from the agency?
Yes, the request will be made to the organizers when the apartment keys are handed over to the participants. The amount of 30.00 euros will be deducted from the down payment.

Can a replacement of the coloured I.D. bracelet be requested?
Yes In case of a broken or lost coloured bracelet the request should be forwarded to the organization's administration office. The new bracelet will be provided free of charge if the old bracelet is handed in, otherwise the replacement will cost 5.00 euro.
